Pursuant to the Board's Revised Scheduling Order of November 19, 2012, this letter informs the Board of the NRC Staff's current milestone schedule for the Diablo Canyon Units 1 and 2 license renewal safety evaluation and environmental review.

Dear Administrative Judges:

Pursuant to the Board's Revised Scheduling Order of November 19, 201 2, this letter informs the Board of the NRC Staff's current milestone schedule for the Diablo Canyon Units 1 and 2 license renewal safety evaluation and environmental review.

In light of PG&E's status report filed with the Board on March 11, 201 4 , the Staff expects to issue the DSEIS in September of 2014. Subsequent to issuing the DSEIS
