Dear Administrative Judges:

In accordance with its obligation to inform the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (Board) of relevant developments, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) hereby notifies the Board and the parties that, on August 10, 2023, it submitted, to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Staff, PG&E Letter DIL-23-005. The enclosure to that letter provides the Diablo Canyon Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation License Renewal Application (LRA), Revision 1, Affected LRA Sections.1 Specifically, those sections were revised to reflect the potential for DCPP continued operations beyond the current operating license expirations.2 The above-referenced Letter and its Enclosure became publicly available in the NRCs Agencywide Documents and Management System (ADAMS) on August 14, 2023 (ADAMS Accession No. ML23222A287). The Board and parties may view those documents as relevant to San Luis Obispo Mothers for Peaces (SLOMFPs) Contention A, the only contention admitted by the Board in its July 19, 2023 Memorandum and Order (LBP-23-7) ruling on SLOMFPs intervention petition and 1
