Pursuant to the Board's Revised Scheduling Order of November 19, 2012, this letter informs the Board of the NRC Staff's current milestone schedule for the Diablo Canyon Units 1 and 2 license renewal safety evaluation and environmental review.

On September 10, 2014, PG&E transmitted its Final Seismic Report to the NRC Staff and parties and notified the Board. The Staff anticipates that it will need until February 2015 to review PG&E's Final Seismic Report and determine how, if at all, it pertains to environmental and/or safety license renewal matters.

Dear Administrative Judges:

Pursuant to the Board's Revised Scheduling Order of November 19, 201 2, this letter informs the Board of the NRC Staff's current milestone schedule for the Diablo Canyon Units 1 and 2 license renewal safety evaluation and environmental review.

On September 10, 2014, PG&E transmitted its Final Seismic Report to the NRC Staff and parties and notified the Board. The Staff anticipates that it will need until February 201 5 to review PG&E's Final Seismic Report and determine how, if at all, it pertains to environmental and/or safety license renewal matters.
