Holtec is pleased to submit the responses to the HI-STORM UMAX Amendment 5 Requests for Supplemental Information (RSI) asked by staff in Ref [1].

This submittal includes a response to the RSIs as Attachment 1. As some of these responses contain proprietary information, a nonproprietary version is included as Attachment 2. The full set of impacted HI-STORM UMAX CoC changed pages are included as Attachment 3. The full set of impacted HI-STORM UMAX FSAR changed pages are included as Attachment 4. Since contains proprietary information, Attachment 5 contains an affidavit requesting that this document be withheld from public disclosure.
