- 1. Drawings should be revised to eliminate inconsistencies in the construction l details of the internal cavity. Drawing No. R-116 does not agree with Dra ,' No. NS-GH20-A and Drawing No. NS-GH20-C does not agree with either drav , Inconsistencies also exist in other details of construction.
- 2. Drawing No. NS-GH2O should show either by note or by detail, the marking and identification requirements of 10 CFR 671.85(c).
- 3. The requirements for all packaging weld joints should be reviewed and where appropriate the weld symbol should be corrected to reflect the weld joint geometry pictured on the drawing.
- 4. The drawing should state the material specification for each part of the packaging,10CFR671.33(a)(5).
- 5. The acceptance tests, maintenance program, and operating procedures for the package should be revised to reflect current programs, procedures, and regulations and current package ownership.
