Further to my letters dated February 28, 1989 and March 10,1989 and a

telephone discussion with Mr. Earl Easton of your of fice on March 31, 1989, I hereby request a further six month extension to the above certificate.
I am requesting the further extension to provide us with more time to answer the questions in your letter of August 3, 1988 to my colleague, Ms. Cathleen Roughan, at our Burlington facility. However, as I explained in my earlier letters, it is proving difficult to obtain answers to some of those questions since Amersham has never manufactured nor seen any of the GNC 20 containers.
I do believe that my letter of March 10, 1989 answers most of these questions.
I enclose a check for $150.00, the fee for revalidation of the container.
