Drawings should be revised to eliminate inconsistencies in the construction l
details of the internal cavity.
Drawing No. R-116 does not agree with Dra,' No. NS-GH20-A and Drawing No. NS-GH20-C does not agree with either drav Inconsistencies also exist in other details of construction.
2.
Drawing No. NS-GH2O should show either by note or by detail, the marking and identification requirements of 10 CFR 671.85(c).
3.
The requirements for all packaging weld joints should be reviewed and where appropriate the weld symbol should be corrected to reflect the weld joint geometry pictured on the drawing.
4.
The drawing should state the material specification for each part of the packaging,10CFR671.33(a)(5).
5.
The acceptance tests, maintenance program, and operating procedures for the package should be revised to reflect current programs, procedures, and regulations and current package ownership.
