Background

In accordance with the conversation between Paul R. Mascha and W. T. Crow (n August 13, 1985, SNM-1405 is being amended to incorporate IRT's " Physical Security Plan for Protection of Special Nuclear Material of Low Strategic Significance" dated October 18,1985. By letter dated January 24, 1986, (enclosure 1) IRT was notified that the Division of Safeguards had completed their review of the revised Security Plan and. determined that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 73.67 for fixed site and in-transit protection of special nuclear material of low strategic significance.
