Yankee Atomic Electric Company - 10 CFR 71 Quality Assurance Program for Radioactive Material Packages Yankee Atomic Electric Company's (YAEC) Quality Assurance Program (QAP) approval for radioactive material packages will expire on October 31, 2009.

Accordingly, YAEC is requesting renewal of the QAP for Radioactive Material Packages No. 0068.

YAEC will perform packaging and transportation of radioactive material in accordance with the latest revision of its NRC approved 10 CFR 50, Appendix B, Quality Assurance Program.
