| On January 20, 2010, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) received the Energy Northwest's application for renewal of Operating License No. NPF-21 for the Columbia Generating Station. We are currently performing an acceptance review for docketing in accordance with the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Section 2.101 (10 CFR 2.101) and will notify you of the results of our review. Should the NRC staff determine that the application is acceptable for docketing, a schedule for the review will then be provided to you.
