Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC Oconee Nuclear Site, Units 1, 2, and 3 Renewed Operating Licenses: DPR-38, 47, and 55 Docket Numbers: 50-269, 270, and 287 Re-registration for Use of General License Spent Fuel Cask Number 116 The purpose of this letter is to correct a date error in the original January 6, 2011, 30-day notification letter for General License Spent fuel Cask Number 116. Specifically, this letter stated that the storage occurred on Friday December 10, 2010, when in actuality, the storage occurred on Saturday December 11, 2010; consequently, this letter corrects the date and replaces the earlier letter sent to the NRC.

The date of storage was December 11, 2010, and the cask load number was 116. The cask model is the Standardized NUHOMS 24PHB and the dry storage canister identification number is ONS-24PHBL-HZ1 16. The physical storage location at Oconee Nuclear Station's Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation is Module W-64.
