Pursuant to the Board's Revised Scheduling Order of November 19, 201 2, this letter informs the Board of the NRC Staff's current milestone schedule for the Diablo Canyon Units 1 and 2 license renewal safety evaluation and environmental review.
Pursuant to the Boards Revised Scheduling Order of November 19, 2012, this letter informs the Board of the NRC Staffs current milestone schedule for the Diablo Canyon Units 1 and 2 license renewal safety evaluation and environmental review. In light of PG&Es status report filed with the Board on March 11, 2014, the Staff expects to issue the DSEIS in September of 2014. Subsequent to issuing the DSEIS, the Staff expects to finalize its safety and environmental reviews, to include issuance of the supplemental environmental impact statement (SEIS) and any necessary supplements to the safety evaluation report by the end of April 2015.
In light of PG&E's status report filed with the Board on March 11, 201 4 , the Staff expects to issue the DSEIS in September of 2014. Subsequent to issuing the DSEIS
