==Dear Administrative Judges:==
==Dear Administrative Judges:==
As directed by the Licensing Board Order of June 7, 2011, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) hereby provides its monthly report specifying its current best estimate of the dates on which it expects to complete milestones related to 3D seismic studies for Diablo Canyon Power
Plant (DCPP) and the coastal zone consistency certification associated with NRC license renewal for DCPP.
The schedule for the seismic work has changed since PG&E's last submittal on May 13, 2014. PG&E has revised the schedule for issuing the final seismic report to the NRC and ASLB to July 2014 in order to allow PG&E time to publish the seismic findings. By PG&E letter DCL-14-043, dated June 4, 2014, PG&E responded to the NRC staff letter dated May 2, 2014 (ADAMS Accession No. ML14121A259) requesting a schedule for providing additional information related to both the safety and environmental reviews of the Diablo Canyon Power Plant License Renewal Application. PG&E letter DCL-14-043 indicated the following: (1) PG&E will evaluate the NRC's request for additional information and address the request to the extent possible in the December 2014 license renewal annual update; and (2) PG&E will discuss with the NRC staff a schedule for providing any additional information not provided in the December 2014 update and any further information the NRC sta ff requires to proceed with the review.
PG&E will continue to provide specific dates in the monthly reports to the extent practicable, recognizing that these dates may be modified as more accurate information becomes available. PG&E wishes to assure the Licensing Board that it is making every effort to minimize the extent of the delay in the NRC li cense renewal process.

Docket Nos. 50-275-LR and 50-323-LR RE: Status Report

Dear Administrative Judges:

As directed by the Licensing Board Order of June 7, 2011, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) hereby provides its monthly report specifying its current best estimate of the dates on which it expects to complete milestones related to 3D seismic studies for Diablo Canyon Power Plant (DCPP) and the coastal zone consistency certification associated with NRC license renewal for DCPP.

The schedule for the seismic work has changed since PG&Es last submittal on May 13, 2014.

PG&E has revised the schedule for issuing the final seismic report to the NRC and ASLB to July 2014 in order to allow PG&E time to publish the seismic findings. By PG&E letter DCL 043, dated June 4, 2014, PG&E responded to the NRC staff letter dated May 2, 2014 (ADAMS Accession No. ML14121A259) requesting a schedule for providing additional information related to both the safety and environmental reviews of the Diablo Canyon Power Plant License Renewal Application. PG&E letter DCL-14-043 indicated the following: (1) PG&E will evaluate the NRC's request for additional information and address the request to the extent possible in the December 2014 license renewal annual update; and (2) PG&E will discuss with the NRC staff a schedule for providing any additional information not provided in the December 2014 update and any further information the NRC staff requires to proceed with the review.

PG&E will continue to provide specific dates in the monthly reports to the extent practicable, recognizing that these dates may be modified as more accurate information becomes available.

PG&E wishes to assure the Licensing Board that it is making every effort to minimize the extent of the delay in the NRC license renewal process.
