ECCS -Operating 3.5.2 SURVEILLANCE REQUIREMENTS (continued)

SURVEILLANCE FREQUENCY SR 3.5.2.5 Verify each ECCS automatic valve in the flow path 18 months that is not locked, sealed, or otherwise secured in position, actuates to the correct position on an actual-or simulated actuation signal.SR 3.5.2.6 Verify each ECCS pump starts automatically on an 18 months actual or simulated actuation signal.SR 3.5.2.7 Verify, for each ECCS throttle valve listed below, 18 months each mechanical position stop is in the correct position.Valve Number EM-V0095 EM-V0107 EM-V0089 EM-V0096 EM-VO1 08 EM-V0090 EM-V0097 EM-VO109 EM-V0091 EM-V0098 EM-VO110 EM-V0092 SR 3.5.2.8 Verify, by visual inspection, each ECCS train 18 months containment sump suction inlet is not restricted by debris and the suction inlet strainers show no evidence of structural distress or abnormal corrosion.
