On June 10,2015, the NRC administered the generic fundamentals examination (GFE) section of the written operator licensing examination to employees of your facility.

Of the 11 original applicants, 10 passed the exam, and 1 person withdrew.

Enclosed with this letter are copies of the final answer key, the grading results for your facility, and copies of the individual examination answer sheets for each of your employees and NRC comments, if any.
