On June 10,2015, the NRC administered the generic fundamentals examination (GFE) section of the written operator licensing examination to eight employees at your facility and they all passed. Enclosed with this letter is a copy of the final answer key, the grade report, and a copy of the employees' examination answer sheets. Please forward the results to the employees along with a copy of their answer sheet.
A copy of the PWR GFE and the answer key are available for your review on the NRC's web site approximately 60 days following the examination administration date at:
