Technical Specification Task Force Traveler TSTF-425, Revision 3,"Relocate Surveillance Frequencies to Licensee Control-Risk InformedTechnical Specification Task Force Initiative, " dated July 06, 2009.In accordance with the provisions of Section 50.90 of Title 10 of the Code of FederalRegulations (10 CFR), PPL Susquehanna, LLC (PPL) is submitting a request for anamendment to the Technical Specifications (TS) for Susquehanna Steam Electric Station(SSES) Units 1 and 2.The proposed amendment would modify the TS by relocating specific surveillancefrequencies to a licensee-controlled program with the implementation of Nuclear EnergyInstitute (NEI) 04-10, "Risk-Informed Technical Specification Initiative 5B, Risk-Informed Method for Control of Surveillance Frequencies."Attachment 1 provides an evaluation of the proposed changes, a description of theproposed change, the requested confirmation of applicability, and No Significant HazardsConsideration.
