NOTICE OF SIGNIFICANT LICENSEE MEETING THIS MEETING IS OPEN TO PUBLIC ATTENDANCE Name of Licensee:  NextEra Energy Point Beach, LLC Name of Facility:  Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2 Date and Time:  Thursday, July 26, 2012, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (CDT)
Location:    Lester Public Library 1001 Adams Street      Two Rivers, WI  54241 Purpose: Provide an opportunity to the public to discuss NRC  End-Of-Cycle assessment of Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2 performance for the 2011 calendar year. The NRC's Policy Statement, "Enhancing Public Participation in NRC Meetings," effective May 28, 2002, applies to this meeting. The policy statement may be found on the NRC website, www.nrc.gov, and contains information regarding visitors and security.
Meeting Category: This is a Category 3 Meeting. The public is invited to fully participate in this meeting/open house. The NRC will be available to ensure the public's issues and concerns are understood and considered.
