Annual Notification of Foreign Ownership,
: Control, or Influence (FOCI) StatusYankee Atomic Electric Company (YAEC) hereby prc'vides the requested annual notification ofits FOCI status in accordance with the.NRC's letter dated March 2, 2012 (Reference 1). In thisletter, the NRC notified YAEC of a favorable FOCI determination, granted YAEC a non-possessing facility security clearance in accordance with 10 CFR 95, and provided a set ofgeneral FOCI requirements that included a requirement for YAEC to submit an annual writtennotification of the company's FOCI status.Since the last annual notification letter was submitted on February 13, 2013 (Reference 2),YAEC notified the NRC of the following significant changes regarding YAEC's Certificate Pertaining to Foreign Interests.
On May 1, 2013 (Reference 3), YAEC notified the NRC of a change in the YAEC Board ofDirectors.
Mr. Randy Shoop, Northeast Utilities, resigned his position, and Mr. Timothy J.Griffin, Northeast Utilities, was elected to the Board. There was no change with respect to FOCIconsiderations.
On January 6, 2014 (Reference 4), YAEC notified the NRC of a change in the YAEC Board ofDirectors.
Mr. William Quinlan, Northeast Utilities, resigned his Board position, and Mr.Raymond Necci, Northeast Utilities, was elected to the Board. There was no change with respectto FOCI considerations.
Besides the changes discussed above, there have beenino other significant changes relating toYAEC's.Certificate Pertaining to Foreign Interests.
