Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures Revision In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(q)(5), and 10 CFR 72.44(f), the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) is submitting a description of changes to the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (WBN) Radiological Emergency Plan. The affected document is the WBN Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures (EPIP) listed below:
EPIP        Revision                                Title          Effective Date 12            49            Emergency Equipment and Supplies    08/25/2020 Description of Changes EPIP-12 WBN EPIP-12 was updated to correct grammar and formatting errors. Revised Appendix K to change Preventative Maintenance (PM) numbering and department responsibility.
 
U.S. Regulatory Commission WBL-20-043 September 3, 2020 Page 2 The above changes were evaluated in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q)(3) and determined that the changes did not reduce the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan .
