SUBJECT: THREE MILE ISLAND NUCLEAR STATION, UNIT 1 - U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION MATERIAL CONTROL AND ACCOUNTING PROGRAM INSPECTION REPORT NO. 05000289/2014406
Dear Mr. Pacilio:
On July 24, 2014, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed a security inspection at your Three Mile Island Nuclear Station (TMI), Unit 1. The NRC inspectors discussed the results of this inspection with Mr. Randy Campbell, Manager, Site Security Operations, and other members of your staff. Inspectors documented the results of this inspection in the enclosed inspection report.
The inspectors did not identify any findings or violations with more than minor significance.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Part 2.390, "Public Inspections, Exemptions, Requests for Withholding," of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC's Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of the NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS).
