))SUPPLEMENTAL REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF TIME FOR FILING RESPONSES Gn December 28, 1979, Licensee Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO) filed a " Request for Extension of Time for Filing Responses" to certain petitions requesting a hearing in connection with the requested extension of Construction Permit No. CPPR-104.

That motion was granted by Order of the Acting Chairman of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel on Decem-ber 31, 1979.
