Re: PI testimony Rani: I ran off without providing my full information for testimony on the Prairie Island Nuclear Generator relicensing scope. I was the last testifier. And I didn't fill in the yellow card. I spoke about connected actions regarding the uprate, cask storage and relicensing. I addressed the engineering studies behind the no build option, and the 'changed circumstance' that I think relicensing presents, relative to storage. Summarizing my belief that without a queue and a place for waste from relicensing to go, that the confidence decision cannot hold. These connections have implications for cumulative, multiple impacts involving extended and expanded emissions, increased thermal impacts (with uprate and duration), and production of hotter waste; impact s on the pool, aging infrastructure, safety and waste which is, by default of 'no action' on th e part of the federal government -- without anywhere to go. Please consider this written summary an addendum to my oral comments.

Am now on the Florence Township planning commission.
I also commented extensively on the untimely notice, and the injustice that this does to citizens who have only one opportunity to be informed via the NRC presentation, to hear others comment, and to be oriented to the process and opportunities to comment orally and in written form.
I REQUEST that the NRC post a notice in the Lake City Graphic that provides links to the NRC presentation, the application and has deadlines for comment along with both e-mail comment and written comment addresses.
And appropriate phone contact information for questions. Please advise me as to your actions upon this request.
I will appreciate notice of when the testimony transcript is available as will the following persons:

Re: PI testimony Rani:

I ran off without providing my full information for testimony on the Prairie Island Nuclear Generator relicensing scope. These connections have implications for cumulative, multiple impacts involving extended and expanded emissions, increased thermal impacts (with uprate and duration), and production of hotter waste; impacts on the pool, aging infrastructure, safety and waste which is, by default of 'no action' on the part of the federal government -- without anywhere to go. Please consider this written summary an addendum to my oral comments.
