On March 31, 2009, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) received Exelon Generation Company, LLC's (EGC, the licensee) biennial decommissioning funding report (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML090900463) for Braidwood Station, Unit 2 (Braidwood 2). Based on our internal review, the NRC staff believes that there is a decommissioning funding assurance shortfall for Braidwood
