The 2023 Annual Inspection and Monitoring Report for Uranium Mill Tailings Radiation Control Act Title I Disposal Sites is uploaded to the Electronic Submittals system on the NRC website. The report covers the annual inspections of the 19 UMTRCA Title I disposal sites managed by the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Legacy Management.
This report is submitted in compliance with the reporting requirements set forth in Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations Section 40.27, and each inspection was conducted in accordance with the inspection and monitoring requirements contained in the Long-Term Surveillance Plan for each site.
