In an E-mail from Dr. V. Sreenivas, dated March 4, 2013, the NRC requested additional information to complete the review of the limited examination relief request. This information was provided in a letter dated April 5, 2013 (Serial No. 13-141). In a subsequent E-mail from Dr. V.
