In the current RRR TS 6.1.1, Figure 1, Administrative structure, the level 4 includes only "Reactor Operators." NUREG -1537, Part 1, Chapter 14, Section 6.1.1, supports ANSI/ANS-15.1-2007, Section 6.1.1, which describes level 4 staffing as "Operating staff, e.g., senior reactor operators, reactor operators, and trainees." Please indicate if senior reactor operators should be included in level 4 or justify the current description.
NUREG -1537, Part 1, Chapter 14, Section6.1.1, supports ANSI/ANS-15.1-2007, Section 6.1.1, which describes level 4staffing as "Operating staff, e.g., senior reactor operators, reactor operators, and trainees."
Response In section 6.1.2, "Senior Reactor Operators" is included in level 4. For clarity and consistency with NUREG -1537, Part 1, Chapter 14, Section 6.1.1, which supports ANSI/ANS-15.1-2007, Section 6.1.1, Figure 1 will be changed. The proposed figure is attached.
Please indicate if senior reactor operators should be includedin level 4 or justify the current description.
In addition TS 6.1.2 will be changed to the following:
