Dear Administrative Judges:
Pursuant to the Board's Revised Scheduling Order of November 19, 201 2, this letter informs the Board of the NRC Staff's current milestone schedule for the Diablo Canyon Units 1 and 2 license renewal safety evaluation and environmental review.
PG&E's April 14, 2015 status report indicates that the milestone schedule is unchanged since PG&E's last submittal on March 10, 2015. It also states that PG&E will inform the NRC of the timing of any updated coastal consistency review filings when a schedule is established.
PG&E submitted updates to the environmental report, including the severe accident mitigation alternatives (SAMA) analysis, in February. PG&E also submitted updates to the DCPP seismic hazard in March 2015 in response to NRC letter dated March 12, 2012, regarding the 10 CFR 50.54(f) request for information pursuant to a post Fukushima Near-Term Task Force r ecommendation.
