The enclosure to this letter provides the approved plan of study with the ''DRAFT" watermarks removed. The St Lucie Plant will implement the study a-s--described in the proposed plan. Sampling is scheduled to occur bi-weekly over the course of approximately one year. The St. Lucie Plant study will conclude in apprnximately four years. Upon completion of the site's 316(b) study, St. Lucie will submit-a final-report to the Florida Department 0£ Environmental, Protection Industrial Wastewater Section.
