Theresultsofthesesurveys,whichwereinitiated in1976,haveindicated thattherehasbeennosignificant changeonthebeachorintheduneprofilesduringthelastfiveyears.Onthatbasis,theredoesnotseemtobecauseforsuchanextremelevelofconcernaswouldbeindicated bythe10dayrequirement.

Sincewepresently haveoutstanding severalTechnical Specification proposals, itisrequested thatthisminorchangebeconsidered withourrequestofOctober27,1980(L-80-354).
