C. 20555 RE: St. Lucie Unit 1 and Unit 2 Docket Nos. 50-335 and 50-389 Proposed License Amendments- Revised Adminis r ive and Conf rmin U da e Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, Florida Power 8 Light Company (FPL) proposes to modify its request to amend Facility Operating Licenses DPR-67 and NPF-16 for St. Lucie Unit 1 and Unit 2, respectively, by incorporating the attached changes which are administrative in nature. The proposed revisions will improve consistency between the Technical Specifications and the improved Combustion Engineering Standard Technical Specifications (NUREG-1432, revision 1) by incorporating changes in text and resolving other inconsistencies identified by the NRC and plant operations staff. The proposed license amendments were submitted by FPL letter L-95-140, dated May 17, 1995.

Attachment 1 is a revised submittal, marked up to show the changes. The modifications to the proposed amendments have been reviewed by the St. Lucie Facility Review Group and the FPL Company Nuclear Review Board. The determination of no significant hazards consideration of the original submittal remains valid for this revision. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.91 (b) (1), a copy of the proposed revision is being forwarded to the State Designee for the State of Florida.
