Enclosure 1 provides the report for the period of January 1 throughDecember 31, 2014.Section 2.3.1 of Appendix C of the CYAPCO QAP for the Haddam Neck ISFSI and Section F. 1of ODCM for the Haddam Neck ISFSI require CYAPCO to submit an Annual RadiologicalEnvironmental Operating Report. Enclosure 2 provides the report for the period of January 1through December 31, 2014.Section 2.2.c of Appendix C of the CYAPCO QAP for the Haddam Neck ISFSI requiresCYAPCO to submit changes to the ODCM for the Haddam Neck ISFSI as a part of orconcurrent with the annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report. Enclosures 3 and 4 provideRevisions 24 and 25 to the ODCM for the Haddam Neck ISFSI that were issued in calendar year2014. In addition, Section 2.2.c of Appendix C of the CYAPCO QAP for the Haddam NeckISFSI requires that a summary of each change to be submitted.
