Biennial Update to the Haddam Neck Plant License Termination Plan Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.71 (e)(4) and 10 CFR 50.4, Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company (CY APCO) provides the following update regarding the Haddam Neck Plant (HNP) License Termination Plan (LTP). There have been no revisions to the HNP LTP, since Revision 12 of the HNP LTP was submitted in the last biennial update on December 9, 2019 (Reference 1). Revision 12 of the HNP L TP remains the revision of record.

This letter contains no commitments.
