Biennial Update to the Haddam Neck Plant Updated Final Safety Analysis Report Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.71(e)(4) and 10 CFR 50.4, Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company (CY APCO) provides the following update regarding the Haddam Neck Plant (HNP) Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR). There have been no revisions to the HNP UFSAR, since the May 2018 Revision was submitted to the NRC in the previous biennial update on December 5, 2019 (Reference 1). The May 2018 Revision of the HNP UFSAR remains the revision ofrecord.

This letter contains no commitments.
