In Reference 2, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requested additional information related to the Reference 1 submittal. Enclosure 1 provides responses to address the NRC's requests. Enclosure 2 provides an updated copy of the Emergency Response Organization On-Shift Staffing Analysis Report. There are no new regulatory commitments associated with this letter.
