Electronic Mail from NRC to TVA, Watts Bar, Unit 2 - Request for Additional Information (RAIs) on EP Chapter 13.3 and Staffing Analysis, dated October 17, 2014 In Reference 1, the Tennessee Valley Authority submitted Revision 104X to the Radiological Emergency Plan for the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant and a copy of the Emergency Response Organization On-Shift Staffing Analysis Report. In Reference 2, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requested additional information related to the Reference 1 submittal. Enclosure 1 provides responses to address the NRCs requests. Enclosure 2 provides an updated copy of the Emergency Response Organization On-Shift Staffing Analysis Report.

There are no new regulatory commitments associated with this letter.
