RAIAccording to 10 CFR 50.36(c)(3) for TS SR 4.1.5.c, the standby liquid control system(SLCS)  pump shall be tested to assure that the quality of pump performance on the flowrate be maintained. Provide justification for the proposed minimum limit of 37 gpm for TSSR 4.1.5.c, relative to past pump performance given that the ASME OM 2004 Code permitsa low limit of 39.7 gpm for required action, Please submit your responses to this RAI by June 13, 2018.
