Good afternoon, Mr. Lafleur,

Per our discussion this afternoon, Im sending this email as a follow-up.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is preparing to issue a license amendment for the Limerick Generating Station, Units 1 and 2. In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 50.91(b), I am notifying you of the proposed issuance of this amendment.

Please reply by November 30, 2023, if the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has comments on the following requested licensing action submitted to the NRC by Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (the licensee), License Amendment Request for Application to Adopt TSTF-477, Revision 3, Add Action for Two Inoperable Control Room AC Subsystems and Associated Technical Specification Changes, by letter dated November 17, 2022 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML22321A105), as supplemented by letters dated August 30, 2023 (ML23242A217), and October 31, 2023 (ML23304A190- I will send you a link to this document separately).

The proposed amendment would modify revise and add technical specifications for the control room emergency fresh air supply and air conditioning systems, consistent with Technical Specifications Task Force Traveler477, Revision 3 (ML062510321), with plant-specific variations.

The proposed no significant hazards consideration for this amendment request was published in the Federal Register on March21, 2023 (88FR17035).
