In addition, Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (CEG) is approved to implement 10 CFR 50.69 using the alternative seismic approach, as described in the licensees letters dated December 15, 2021, and February 14, 2022, for categorization of RISC-1, RISC-2, RISC-3, and RISC-4 SSCs as specified in Unit [1(2)] License Amendment No. [###(###)] dated [DATE].

Please let me know if youd like to discuss this.

If not, then please send me camera-ready pages. You may send the pages with Constellations requested text so as to not appear that Constellation is withdrawing the request (I would then modify the pdf with the text above). If you send camera-ready pages the NRCs planned text above, it is with the understanding that your email would not be requesting a withdrawal of the DID and PB approaches.

Do you need the actual camera ready pages? I can get them too you soon, but not as instant. Maybe mark-up the insert then I can use that to create the camera ready pages?

Hi Steve, Do you have Word versions of the clean license pages for the 50.69 amendments? I assume youd submit them as Constellation requested (with all 3 methods), then Ill send you an email showing how we plan on issuing them assuming the partial denial goes through.
