Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. §§ 2.1203 and 2.336 and as modified by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's ("Board") November 29, 2017 Initial Scheduling Order, the staff of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("Staff") herein notifies the Licensing Board and the parties that the hearing file has been supplemented for this proceeding. On or about March 9, 2018, materials in the hearing file may be accessed through the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System ("ADAMS") and through the Electronic Hearing Docket ("EHD"). The EHD may be accessed at the following URL: http://adams.nrc.gov/ehd/. The hearing file will be contained in a sub-folder entitled, "Seabrook LA2 Hearing File" in the "Seabrook Docket No. 50-443-LA-2" folder of the EHD. An index containing the ADAMS accession number, date, and title or description of each item in the hearing file is appended hereto as Attachment 1. Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.336(c), attached is the affidavit of Justin C. Poole, certifying that all relevant materials required by this section have been disclosed, and that the disclosures are accurate and complete for documents identified as of February 16, 2018. The NRC Staff notes that it has made a good faith effort to identify and characterize all documents meeting the criteria of 10 C.F.R. § 2.336(b) and 10 C.F.R. § 2.1203 in this proceeding.
