The purpose of this letter is to respond to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Regulatory Issue Summary 2016-09 "Preparation and Scheduling of Operator Licensing Examinations" (Reference 1). Enclosed in the NRC Form 536 (Enclosure 1) representing the current plan for operator licensing needs at the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station. Susquehanna Nuclear, LLC will support Region I to balance examiner workload and provide mutually agreeable exam schedules through 2021. Susquehanna Nuclear, LLC intends to prepare all license operator examinations during this period.
