Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Region I, 631 Park Avenue, King of Prussia, Pennsylvania 19406, with a copy to the Director, Office.of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, Attn: Document Control Desk, Washington, D. C. 20555 within two months after the change is made. Changes which do require prior NRC approval should be submitted in the manner required by 10 CFR 50.90 to the Director, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission, Washington, D.C. 20555 and identified as a license amendment request.

activities are involved, does not involve any significant construction impacts.

Accordingly. this amendment meets the eligibility criteria for categorical exclusion set forth in 10 CFR 51.22(c)(12). Pursuant to 10 CFR 51.22(b) no environmental impact statement or environmental assessment need be prepared in connection with the issuance of this amendment.
