On June 3 and 4,1987,. the NRC administered examinations to employees of your I

facility who had applied for licenses to operate the Pennsylvania State
Breazeale Reactor. At the conclusion of the examination period, the examina-
tion questions were discussed with those members of your staff identified in
the enclosed report.
In_accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this
letter and the enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
