Subject:

Request for Additional Information Regarding Cyber Security Plan License Condition In reviewing the Exelon Generation Company=s (Exelon=s) submittal dated November 23, 2009, related to Exelons Cyber Security Plan, for Braidwood Station, Units 1 and 2; Byron Station, Units 1 and 2; Clinton Power Station, Unit 1; Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Units 2 and 3; LaSalle County Station, Units 1 and 2; Limerick Generating Station, Units 1 and 2; Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station; Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station Units 2 and 3; Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2; and Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1, the NRC staff has determined that the following information is needed in order to complete its review:

In the submittal Exelon proposed license conditions for the above plants. The NRC staff has noted a variety of similar, but not identical, license conditions proposed by the industry. The NRC staff has reached an internal consensus to incorporate the following license condition into each license:

[The licensee] shall fully implement and maintain in effect all provisions of the Commission-approved cyber security plan (CSP), including changes made pursuant to the authority of 10 CFR 50.90 and 10 CFR 50.54(p). The [Licensee] CSP was approved by License Amendment No. .

Note that the NRC staff will insert the appropriate License Amendment No. when it is issued.

Exelon is requested to submit revised license condition wording or provide justification for other wording.
