This letter refers to the inspection conducted on June 13-15, 2006, at the Idaho State UniversityAerojet General Nucleonics-201M Research Reactor Laboratory. The inspection included a review of activities authorized for the facility. The enclosed report presents the results of thatinspection.Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report. Within these areas, theinspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations of activities in progress. Based on the results of this inspection, no safety concerns or noncompliance with U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requirements were identified. No response to this letter is required.In accordance with Section 2.390, "Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding," ofTitle 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be madeavailable electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS), accessible fromthe NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html
