This report was written in accordance with Section 5 of the YNPS License Termination Plan,"Final Status Survey Plan," and is consistent with the guidance provided in the Multi-Agency Radiation Survey and Site Investigation Manual (MARSSIM).
This letter submits YNPS-FSS-OOL09-00, Final Status Survey Report for OOL-09.
