On October 28, 2008, the Allegation Review Board (ARB), Nuclear Regulatory Commission, in Region IV (RIV), convened to discuss several technical concerns [Allegation Nos. RIV-2008-A-0106; RIV-2008-A-01 16; and RIV-2008-A-0126]
On October 28, 2008, the Allegation Review Board (ARB), Nuclear Regulatory Commission, in Region IV (RIV), convened to discuss several technical concerns [Allegation Nos. RIV-2008-A-0106; RIV-2008-A-01 16; and RIV-2008-A-0126] received from an alleger regarding safety issues and the quality of parts INFI] procured by the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station (PVNGS),

An interview with the alleger and RIV staff was scheduled for November 12, 2008. The ARB further requested that the OL:RIV coordinate this staff assist with Neil O'Keefe, Branch Chief, Engineering Branch 2, Division of Reactor Safety, RIV.On November 12, 2008, OI:RIV assisted the RIV staff with the interview o4 F hin Avondale, Arizona. On November 19, 2008, a transcript of the interview wihh()()(as provided to OI:RIV.No further action was required from 0I:RIV; therefore this assist to NRC staff is hereby closed.
