==Dear Ms. Pederson,==
ZS-2013-0005 In our first meeting in November you made a number of commitments regarding the Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) at Zion with respect to review and turnaround times for completing the final licensing requirements.

On December 31st, we received word from headquarters that the Zion ISFSI was licensed for use and we could proceed with moving fuel from our pool to the pad. You were able to coordinate Region III resources as well as the program office at headquarters and NSER personnel such that many players from different departments focused on delivering a fully inspected and licensed facility on a timeline you established.

What stands out the most was your willingness to be accountable for delivering a regulatory solution that was timely and fully in compliance with regulations.

Dear Ms. Pederson,

In our first meeting in November you made a number of commitments regarding the Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) at Zion with respect to review and turnaround times for completing the final licensing requirements.

Thank-you.

Please pass along my thanks and acknowledgement to yours and the headquarters staff that worked through a busy holiday period to support the Zion Project.
