Please find attached responses to RAIs dated June 2, 2014.After consultation with the responsible NRC staff, the UFTR submitted LAR#27 in-February 2012. Over thirty months later, the UFTR continues to delay full implementation of GTRI security enhancements pending a NRC decision on this LAR.The security procedures submitted (as well as the current UFTR PSP) remain consistent with the guidance in RG-5.59 and continue to demonstrate compliance with the requirements of 10 CFR 73.67, the CMs, and the CAL. Therefore, these security procedures provide sufficient basis for NRC approval of LAR#27.The UFTR respectfully requests that NRC approve this LAR without further delay.This transmittal has been reviewed and approved by UFTR managemiient an-dbyt he Executive Committee of the Reactor Safety Review Subcommittee.
