If the Examinee indicates that he is overriding the fuel shut off valve by turning the black fluted knob (engine rpm adjust), provide the following cue:
The knob does not turn.
If the Examinee indicates that he has undone the locking device for the engine rpm adjust, provide the following cue:
The locking device is disengaged and the knob is rotated fully clockwise.
